Please help!

I'm making a banner for my fic "The Virgin Suicides" and i need help finding pictures. I need teenagers and really young children. The characters are Jasper, Alice, Edward, Bella, Emmett, Rosalie, Victoria and James.

I think this is a good Victoria

and thats all i have.

I'm just copy/pasting this from the-Gazebo, because well.. I can, neener neener.

Summary: An insight into famous ladies man, Charles Swan. Set in canon. M for naughty words and mature themes.


This was given to me a few weeks ago, and I kept meaning to make a post about it, but kept forgetting.

I find it really hard to read stories on Charlie, because, well, most suck at writing him, imo. But this author has nailed it. and I think that's because they've based him on movie Charlie, but is going by the book. If that makes any sense. Probably not, but whatever.

The author only writes short drabbles, and I like that. You don't always need a lot of words to get your point across, and this one doesn't have a lot of words, so it's a win. y/y?

Also, I really like that she's made Charlie a man. A lot of fics forget that he's male.

Curious?

So i started reading a fic with a very vague, yet, intriguing summary. Then as I continued on, i found out that E&B met through Match.com. And I kinda stopped reading. I have nothing against dating sites, I've never used one and I have not known anyone who has. I just can't imagine what it's like. 

So tell me campers:

Have you used one or know someone who has?

Was it successful?

Is it creepy?

P.S. My favourite character is SlingBlade. Hands down. That guy made me laugh until I cried. My abs got a serious workout this week while reading.

Fic help!

I've been a lurker here for a while, but lately I've been thinking of these fics that I read a while ago and I can't figure out which ones they were, and can't get them out of my head.

So, I have come to you. AH, Bella found this note that Edward wrote 5 years ago (on the back of a picture perhaps???) and it has a small portion of the lyrics to 5 years time by Noah and the Whale. I'm 90% sure this is a very popular fic, and right after she found this she thought "I'm going to marry this man." I'm sorry, but that's all I can remember.

This next part may or may not be from the same fic as that one, but I'd like to know regardless, 99% sure this was AH as well. All I remember is that somewhere, somehow, these lyrics went into the story, and it wasn't the playlist for the chapter in the A/N. "This rather simple epitaph can save your hide, your falling mind. Fate isn't what we're up against, there's no design, no flaw to find." From "Young Pilgrims" by The Shins, and yes, that's literally all I have for you, but I'm mostly sure this was a very popular fic.

ADF Project Postcard - International Edition

Hi Campers! Things have been CRAZY BUSY for me these past two weeks but I wanted to let ALL of you know that the Postcard Project was a phenomenal success! Over 180 postcards were collected from all around the world but since 108 of those were from the USA, I would like to break up telling you about our campers who participated into a series of posts. I have ADF Project Postcard - International Edition, ADF Project Postcard - US Edition, and ADF Project Postcard - The Event.

It took FOREVER for me to figure out how I was going to get everyone to say which postcard is theirs, so I have placed each of the postcards in it's own spot for comments

Having a Dickward

My Mum and I were talking this evening about how she met my dad at a pub through a friend and at first she hated him. She thought he was full of BS basically. That's until she actually GOT TO KNOW him.

Now, i've also been reading lots of fanfics of Dickward and kinda wish I had my own too.

What I want to know is, have you known any Dickwards in your life? Are they worth it? Did you hate your (ex)boyfriend/girlfriend before you knew the real them?

Carlisle: Top of Forbes Fictional Fifteen

Apparently Carlisle is the richest fictional character on the Forbes list, beating out Scrooge MacDuck AND Richie Rich, with his personal wealth valued at $34.1 billion.

The IRS is also looking into him for backtaxes on the last 300 years of interest and stock market dividends. No word yet on why a 234-year-old nation expects backtaxes for the last 3 centuries, only one of which has been spent in North America.

So, campers, what do you think? Is this an accurate assessment of Dr. Cullen's wealth? Do you really think he's guilty of tax evasion, especially now that the IRS requires citizens to claim their Swiss bank accounts? And since when are the Volturi his "sugar daddies," and why would that be taxable income?

Only in New York

It's the start of tourist season in NYC and we welcome them in classic NY style. This was taken yesterday on 5th Avenue. I love this city SFM.
